We will be combining Qi Gong and Yoga for a fun and complete asana practice, then finish our practice in an extended savasana. Acupuncture needles will be placed in each participant during savasana. This class is focused on breathing and internal practices, so whether you are a yoga virgin or a veteran, you will easily find your flow. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to discuss any concerns you might have with Kathleen. The acupuncture session is designed to regulate qi and enhance the body's ability to relax and heal.
