Contrary to popular belief, procrastination isn’t about laziness or lack of self-control. Procrastination is the act of avoidance or putting something off until later. Every person is guilty of procrastinating at some point! Kids are especially prone to finding ways to evade tasks they don’t want to do. When it comes to your health though having a habit of procrastination can really wreck havoc. Putting off your self care or putting off your doctor’s visits (even for preventative care) can sometimes have dire consequences! Too often procrastinators are mislabeled as lazy, and this simply isn’t accurate. Join us in this online support group to help talk about your feelings about procrastination and to do exercises which help you to work through your procrastination habits. Let’s tackle your procrastination problem once and for all!
