The Breakthrough 101 classes is a group class series designed for insured patients who want to become a more active participant in their healthcare. The classes in this series cover a broad range of subjects in functional wellness including gut health, HPA axis management, sleep hygiene, nutrition management, raw & living foods, plant based eating, the benefits of a keto or paleo style diet, insomnia, hormonal balance, management of moods, mindfulness and more! All classes in this series are designed and presented by Dr. Kourtney Sims M.D., F.A.C.O.G., N.C.M.P. and are typically range from 1-1.5 hours in length. The goal of this series is to improve access and education to the community and our patients in the areas of the root causes of imbalance and disease and as such are specifically designed to be billable to insurance.
