In this program you will have 6 individual lessons covering meditation basics and how to get started with meditation to the power of breath which is a breathing exercise class. We even cover meditation for kids! You will learn about essential oil blends to compliment your meditation practice as well as mudras to take your meditations to the next level. We are committed to teaming up with you to make the road of life as smooth and healthy as possible.
