Pregnancy is often a good opportunity for mothers to make positive health changes for the benefit of themselves and their babies.

This plan is going to get you moving in the right direction and keep you going.  It will include a beginning exercise plan along with tips for starting and succeeding on your wellness plan. It will start out slowly and gradually get more challenging through the 8 weeks.
