Soul Nurturing 101

Hi there blog family!  I am always saying all the time about how we need to breathe more, relax more, meditate more....basically take care of ourselves way more than we typically do on a day to day basis.  I know that typically most of my blog posts are informing you on various health topics and information but I wanted to start a little something within the blog that speaks to my push for people to just to stop and take a little time for themselves.

So with that in mind I am starting this series within the blog called Soul Nurturing 101 that focuses on recipes and programs that you can make and use at home to nurture your own goals of self care. It doesn't take much time for most of these recipes and typically the ingredients are very easy to find in stores or can easily be ordered online.  It is my hope that these recipes, meditation and breathing teachings will become incorporated as part of your self care routine. Enjoy!
